Indoor Recess is a virtual advertising competition for junior creatives to showcase their talents by solving a client ask. Our cohort was asked to build on the success of the Disney Hits brand and increase engagement with the Disney Hits Playlist by pitching an Amazon Skill for Alexa enabled devices based upon the concept of “This Day in Disney Music History”. My team conceptualized an Amazon skill called Enchanted Home: A multi-sensory home experience for Disney lovers through music and technology.

Using Facebook’s Instant Experiences, users can engage with a virtual 360 room experience, watching as the Disney magic is brought to their home.

Throughout quarantine, we’ve felt like Rapunzel stuck in her tower, but we can use Disney Hits to make our own adventure at home.


Using AR filters, we used specific dates that correlate to fun facts about the Disney Hits Playlist. The user then would have their face superimposed onto a character singing one of the songs.
